Conditions for applying to the Ministry of External Affairs:

14/06/2023 AD. Age limit is 18-30 years in case of general candidates, sons and daughters of minority ethnic groups and sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. However, the age limit is 18-32 years in case of sons and daughters of valiant freedom fighters/martyred valiant freedom fighters and physically challenged. Besides, the age limit is relaxable up to 35 years in case of departmental candidates in serial number 2 and 3. Note that affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.

আবেদনের শুরু সময় : ১৫ জুন ২০২৩ তারিখ সকাল ১০ টা থেকে আবেদন করা যাবে।
আবেদনের শেষ সময় : ১৪ জুলাই ২০২৩ তারিখ বিকেল ০৫ টা পর্যন্ত আবেদন করা যাবে।

উক্ত সময়সীমার মধ্যে User ID প্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীগণ Online-এ আবেদনপত্র Submit-এর সময় থেকে পরবর্তী ৭২ (বাহাত্তর) ঘন্টার মধ্যে SMS এর মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষার ফি জমা দিতে পারবেন।

পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় নিয়োগে অনলাইনে আবেদন করার পদ্ধতিঃ

  • ভিজিট করুন http://mofa.teletalk.com.bd/ ওয়েবসাইট।
  • Application Form অপশনে ক্লিক করুন।
  • ০৩ টি পদের মধ্যে হতে যেকোন একটি পদ সিলেক্ট করে Next এ ক্লিক করুন।
  • No সিলেক্ট করুন তারপর পুনরায় Next এ ক্লিক করুন।
  • পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় চাকরির আবেদন ফরম পেয়ে যাবেন।
 

[ মনে রাখা প্রয়ােজন, আবেদন সময় প্রার্থীর একটি রঙ্গিন ছবি এবং একটি স্বাক্ষরের ছবি দরকার হবে। আবেদনের পূর্বে ছবি দুটি সঙ্গে রাখবেন। ছবির মাপ হতে হবে ৩০০ x ৩০০ পিক্সেল এবং স্বাক্ষরের মাপ হতে হবে ৩০০ x ৮০ পিক্সেল। ছবির সাইজ হতে হবে অনুর্ধ্ব ১০০ KB এবং স্বাক্ষরের সাইজ হতে হবে অনুর্ধ্ব ৬০ KB। ]

পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় নিয়োগে অনলাইনে আবেদন ফি জমাদান পদ্ধতিঃ

পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় (এমওএফএ) নিয়োগ ফরমটি অনলাইনে সঠিকভাবে আবেদন সম্পন্ন করলে আপনাকে যে Applicant’s Copy দেওয়া হবে সেটিতে একটি User ID পাবেন। আবেদন ফি জমা দিতে হবে এই User ID টি ব্যাবহার করে। যে কোনো Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile নম্বরের মাধ্যমে ০২টি SMS করে ক্রমিক ০১-০৩ নং পদের জন্য আবেদন ফি ২২৩/- টাকা। আবেদন ফি পরিশােধ করতে হবে SMS এর মাধ্যমে।

নিম্নোক্ত পদ্ধতিতে Teletalk Pre-paid SIM থেকে মাত্র ০২টি SMS করে আবেদন ফি জমা দিতে পারবেন। পদ্ধতিটি পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় (এমওএফএ) নতুন নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি 2023 থেকে নেওয়া। নিচে হুবহু তলে ধরা হলো।

  • ১ম SMS: MOFA <স্পেস> User ID লিখে 16222 নম্বরে Send করুন।
  • ২য় SMS: MOFA <স্পেস> Yes <স্পেস> PIN লিখে 16222 নম্বরে Send করুন।

বিঃদ্রঃ প্রথম SMS পাঠানোর পর ফিরতি SMS এ আপনাকে একটা PIN নম্বর দেওয়া হবে যেটি দ্বিতীয় SMS এ ব্যবহার করবেন।

দ্বিতীয় SMS সঠিক ভাবে পাঠালে ফিরতি SMS এ আপনাকে একটি Password দেওয়া হবে যেটি User ID এর সাথে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে। User ID এবং Password পরবর্তীতে প্রবেশপত্র ডাউনলোড করতে কাজে লাগবে।
