The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason and the Authority shall not be bound to grant the appointment or issue the written/oral test card due to the publication of the recruitment notification. The decision of the authority in the recruitment process will be final. Candidates will not be granted any TA/DA for appearing in written/oral test.

Photocopy of National Identity Card.
Photocopy of educational qualification certificate of all levels.
Photocopy of all examination mark sheets.
Photocopy of experience and training certificates. (if applicable)
Character Certificate (Original) issued by Gazetted Officer of 1st Class.
Permanent Address Certificate (original).
Application Fee Deposit Receipt (Original Copy).
Note that the photocopies of all the documents which have been requested along with the photograph must be attested. Must be attested by a 1st Class Gazetted Officer.
c) The application form and necessary documents should be sent by post or through courier service to the address of Chief of Personnel, Human Resource Department, BSFIC, Chinishilp Bhavan, 3 Dilkusha Commercial Area, Dhaka-1000.
d) Application form and required documents should be sent in 10 X 5” size letter envelope. The current address should be written clearly on the letter envelope.
But candidates can also type if they want. Then an unused postage stamp worth 10 taka should be affixed to the said letter.
Application Fee Submission Procedure for BSFIC Recruitment:
600/- (six hundred) bank draft/pay order (irrevocable) in favor of Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industry Corporation, Chinishilp Bhavan, 3 Dilkusha B/A, Dhaka-1000 should be enclosed with the application form.
Conditions for Participation in BSFIC Recruitment Test:
According to the Bangladesh Sugar and Food Corporation (BSFIC) recruitment circular 2023, the recruitment test will be conducted in two phases, the two phases are:
1. written test
2. oral examination
3. Computer proficiency test for other qualifications. (as per rank).
