Conditions for Applying for BCS Tax Academy Recruitment:
The tax experience exam schedule will be published on the academy website. Income Tax Return Preparation Guide 2023 has been published on the website of National Board of Revenue (www.nbr.gov.bd) to facilitate participation in the tax examination.
The list of candidates who pass the tax experience test will be sent to the National Board of Revenue after verifying their educational qualifications, National Identity Card and updated income tax return filing proof and the National Board of Revenue will issue income tax return preparer certificate. BCS (Tax) Academy without taking any kind of examination in the case of persons recognized as tax advocates as per Section-327 of Income Tax Act 2023 on application online at http://bcsta.teletalk.com.bd website by 25/01/2024 Certificate of Income Tax Return Preparer will be issued from the National Board of Revenue upon recommendation after verifying their eligibility certificate and proof of filing of up-to-date income tax returns. As per Rule-5 of Income Tax Return Preparer Rules 2023, for registration as income tax return preparer, persons holding income tax return preparer certificate have to complete the registration through the link provided on the website of National Board of Revenue. If the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled, the application will be considered rejected.
